About Keg Club

Built By People
Who've Worked With
Hospitality Businesses

Keg Club was created to bring reliability, communication and genuine support back into hospitality supply. We understand that when stock doesn't arrive, phones aren't answered or suppliers disappear — venues are the ones left dealing with the consequences.

We started Keg Club because too many venues were putting up with poor service from suppliers. Our aim is simple. Deliver stock when we say we will, answer the phone when customers need us and build relationships that last.

Why We Started

Why Keg Club Exists

Hospitality operators are dealing with supplier problems that shouldn't exist. Not occasionally, but regularly. The same issues, week after week, venue after venue.

Poor communication. Missed deliveries. Suppliers who are easy to deal with when you're signing up and difficult to reach when there's a problem. Operators being passed between teams. Nobody taking ownership.

We didn't start Keg Club to be the biggest beverage supplier in the country. We started it because independent hospitality venues deserve a supplier that actually performs.

Our goal isn't to become the biggest wholesaler. It's to become the supplier local venues trust when they need stock, support or a quick answer. Not because of a contract. Not because switching is complicated. Because the service is good enough that there's no reason to look elsewhere.

Keg supply

What operators kept telling us

Stock that doesn't arrive on time, or at all
Suppliers who don't answer the phone when you need them
Being treated like an account number, not a customer
Constant price changes with no explanation
Account managers who change every few months
Long supply chains where nobody takes accountability

These are solvable problems. So we solved them.

Our Journey

How Keg Club Started

The real story of how we got here and where we're going.

01
The Beginning

The Idea

Conversations with hospitality operators kept revealing the same problems. Unreliable supply, poor communication, no accountability. It became clear there was a better way to do this.

What We Believe

The Principles Behind Keg Club

Communication
Communication

If you need us, you should be able to reach us. A real person who knows your account and your venue. Not a call centre or ticket queue. That's how it should work.

Reliability
Reliability

When we say your order will arrive, it arrives. We don't make commitments we can't keep. That consistency is what builds a supplier relationship worth having.

Relationships
Relationships

We want to know your venue. What you sell, when you're busy, what stock you rely on. A supplier who understands your business is worth ten times more than one who doesn't.

Hospitality
Hospitality

Every decision we make filters through one question. Does this help venues run a better business? That's the whole point.

How We're Built

The Decisions That Define How We Operate

These aren't marketing claims. They're specific choices we made when building the business — choices that cost us something and set us apart.

We don't have a national call centre.

We made a deliberate decision to stay local and keep account management personal. You call us, you speak to someone who knows your account. That means accepting a ceiling on how many accounts we can take on. We're fine with that.

We hold stock locally.

Tying up capital in local stock is expensive. But it's the only way same-day support is actually possible, not just something we promise to try. Most suppliers don't do this because it costs money. We do it because it's what makes the difference.

We operate seven days a week.

Weekend and bank holiday cover costs more to operate. But hospitality venues don't close on Saturdays, so we don't either. This was a founding decision and it hasn't changed.

We don't tie customers in.

We don't believe in contracts that lock operators in. If the service isn't good enough, operators should be free to leave. We'd rather earn loyalty than enforce it.

Behind the business
The People

Behind Keg Club

Keg Club isn't a corporate wholesale operation. It's a business built by people who genuinely care about the hospitality industry and the venues that rely on it.

We started Keg Club after seeing too many venues dealing with the same supplier issues. Poor communication, missed deliveries and nobody taking responsibility when things went wrong.

We like knowing the businesses we work with. What they sell, when they're busiest and what stock they rely on. That helps us give a better service.

We're based in Morecambe and focused on the North West. We're not trying to be everywhere. We're trying to be genuinely good at what we do in the area we know and the industry we care about.

Where We Operate

Built In The North West.
Focused On Hospitality.

Being a local supplier isn't just about geography. It's about knowing the venues, understanding the area's trade and being genuinely available when things need resolving.

When operators call us, they know who they're speaking to. There's no call centre, no queue and no waiting for someone to pull up an account on a system. We know our customers.

Being local means being available when customers need us.
